Having studied hotel management at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland and graduated from the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec, Joey brings his diverse expertise to the company. He is also the co-owner of the Wrap Kings restaurant.

George Cheaib is one of our project managers at the Damco Group. George holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University and is a graduate of the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec. He also owns and manages the Wrap Kings restaurant. His experience is an asset for the Damco Group.

Zeina has obtained two accounting certificates from UQAM. She has worked as an accounting assistant since 2002. In July 2020, she joined the Damco team as an accounting assistant to enjoy further rewarding experiences at a growing company.

Pascal is our manager of the Wrap Kings restaurant at the Damco Group. He joined our team in 2018. A business administration and general accounting graduate, he began his career at the Adonis market chain, where he was able to acquire extensive experience in the food sector. This experience is combined with a career of over seven years in the banking sector, giving him sound knowledge of finance.

Soumaya has worked, since 2003, under the president in Phoenicia & Adonis Group. In July 2017, she was transferred along with him to Damco Group to continue serving with the same enthusiasm, enjoyment and efficiency as before. She still finds satisfaction and more helping to build this company.

Nadine has been our accounting technician at Damco Group since August 2017. She also worked for seven months as the accountant with Adonis Group. Nadine holds a bachelor's in management (finances) and a second bachelor's in the same field (marketing).
Finance Vice-President at Groupe Damco
Charly has been Damco Group's vice-president of Finance since September 2014. Before his position with Damco, he worked as a financial analyst with Adonis Products. Charly holds a graduate diploma in financial performance from UQAM, a bachelor's in management from HEC, a bachelor of pure and applied sciences (civil engineering option) and also an undergraduate degree in geomatics. He has also been a member of the Order of Quebec Chartered Accountants since 2009.

Rania Mansour is our property manager at the Damco Group. With a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Montreal, Rania began her career as a lawyer and member of the Barreau du Québec. In 2015, she seized the opportunity to enter the real estate business, where she currently enjoys her advisory role and the excitement of the market. Thanks in part to her certificate in human resources management from HEC, Rania understands the human aspect of her work and the importance of listening to tenants. To become a specialist in her field and better understand the real estate market, she took a commercial brokerage course at the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec and obtained her commercial real estate brokerage licence in 2016.

Andrew Cheaib is our project manager with Damco Group. Previously he worked two years in Toronto, Canada for the Adonis Group. In addition to his position as project manager for Damco Group, Andrew is currently working to obtain certificates in project management and property management along with his real estate broker's licence.

Jamil Cheaib is the founding president of Damco Group as well as president of Adonis and Phoenicia groups. Jamil began Damco Real Estate in 2013, his calling to meet your needs for property rentals or purchases in both the residential and business markets.
